Slow scrolling in opposite direction #1

This project works great except that it is a little bit laggy, the scrolling goes in very small increments and in the wrong direction.

I was able to put a bandaid on this by modifying the mouseWheelListener in CefBroswerOsr.java.

CEF users apparently were able to fix this by using a command, however, when used in this project, the browser does not ever render.
