Lint shortener app

Local start

docker-compose up - starts app locally. Port for web UI - 4200

Todo:

• config module (for db and other datas)
• TypeORM module
• Check if link is busy
• Add link for shortener
• Link resolver

Create migration:

yarn migration:generate {migration_name}
