滚动条相关，还有需要优化的部分，可以统一提交到这个pr里：

上图中所有蓝色尽量统一，置顶图标/ 聊天框背景/角色名称/回到顶部按钮
如果当前会话滚动条处于顶部，切换会话后，期望滚动条滚到页面底部
回到顶部的按钮的默认触发显示距离有些大了，需要调整到大概页面滚动一半高度后显示
禁止正在与XXX对话此处的文字框选
