Describe the bug
When downloading a torrent, near the end the progress can sometimes go over 100%.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Upload a new torrent
  2. Wait till it reaches 100%

Expected behavior
The highest shown percentage is 100

Actual behavior
It can show percentages > 100
