Sorry, the public forked repo has collaboration issues with Topcoder-X for running bug bash. So you can't self-assign any ticket on GItHub. I can't resolve this issue, so I decided to move the tickets to GitLab. Please self-assign tickets there.

But, you should still submit a pull request to GitHub for resolving issues.
