Time Format 12/24 Hour

Sry fro my bad english.
That could be the reason why I can't find a change from 12 to 24 hour display.
Unfortunately I can't find any instructions in German either.
On one of my Raspis 24h time format is displayed, on two others 12h.
Can someone please explain to me where this will be changed? It would certainly make sense to include this in the help page.

Das könnte der Grund sein, warum ich keine Umstellung von 12 auf 24 Stunden Anzeige finde.

Ich habe es selbst gefunden:
Datum wird über die locale des Raspbian gesteuert !
Uhrzeit in der /.pikrellcam/pikrellcam.conf. Über 'annotate_format_string %a %e %b, %H:%M.%S' !
