Is this a jupyterlab plugin? I think it's a good idea! Lemme know if you'd like me to review a PR :-)

#5 added the beginnings of this, though I just tried it out and the "preview with latex" option isn't there when I right-click. Could somebody who's more familiar with this plugin give it a look? Maybe @bsyouness ?

Some to-do items we should take care of:

1. Make sure the JupyterLab extension is working
2. Make the "launch Binder" button default to urlpath=lab so that we get jupyterlab by default!
