Hi @bioconda/build-system

Sorry for bothering you with a group-wide ping. I noticed that the pardre recipe was not converted into a container. At least quay.io/biocontainers/pardre is not present. When I investigated it turns out all nightly build jobs have been failing since the end of April: https://dev.azure.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/_build?definitionId=4&_a=summary.
