GEO Data Sets resorts rows after selection of the data set

Describe the bug
Open Geo Data Sets, sort by some row (say, subsets), select a row to download. Upon click of the row the rows are resorted and it is very hard to find the selected row. Also, sorting is wrong (say, Subsets are sorted alphabetically instead of numerically).

Expected behavior
Upon selection of the row, the data set should download and the selected row should remain visible. No resorting should take place, the only exception beeing when sorting is based on the download status.
