mirbase links broken

not surprising, anything with "cgi-bin" or ".pl" or http params in the URL is highly predictive of link rot

This works, but is not ideal since it's a search result and anything with a ? is also predictive of breaking

The search result resolves to:

https://www.mirbase.org/hairpin/MI0026471

Which embeds a category in the URL which is not good for stable resolvable URLs.

Btw NCBI's links (e.g. from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/693177) are also broken so it may be worthwhile coordinating with them on issues like this

I've tried to get in touch with the miRBase team by email a few weeks ago and not heard back :/
