ATP Synthase

  • from prebuilt model
  • rotating barrel
  • PDB to mesh
  • LOD mesh
  • align to cristae pinch properly

Composed of the following PDB records:

LOD

Crude LOD can be obtained using a basic mesh composed of a cylinder and sphere for far, and the detailed .obj model for close.
