The tutorial page says to look at the new tutorial at this url

https://raw.github.com/bioruby/bioruby/master/doc/Tutorial.rd.html

This displays as raw text not as html unfortunately :(

It will display as HTML if you download it and open it in a web browser. I'm not sure why it's not displaying correctly straight from GitHub.

it displays as HTML in safari. (but its missing the CSS which can make it look so much better)

One fix is to use .rdoc as an extension, instead of the less standard .rd. That way github will render it correctly.

Apologies not quite sure what you mean about using the .rdoc extension
https://github.com/bioruby/bioruby/blob/master/doc/Tutorial.rdoc.html gives a 404 error

I meant to say that if the document is stored in git with the extension .rdoc - github will render it correctly. Similar to

https://github.com/pjotrp/bioruby/blob/ALN/README.rdoc

So, someone should rename the file.

http://bioruby.org/doc/Tutorial.rd.html is added.

For documentation, new repository https://github.com/bioruby/documents is created. Tutorials will be updated there.
