I'm running 1.9.0.1 I would love to know if there is any solutions for this too please. I did get it working by a point where my good where not taxable then it seems to work. But would like a full solution so my goods can be taxable accordingly.

When I am creating order and submit shipping with any amount , after create order it show 0.
even it saving title file, somehow it's not saving shipping amount.
any one know the reason , please, I am using Magento ver. 1.9.4.5
