I released 1.18 earlier than expected since I'll be on leave for the next little while so it made sense to just release what we already had rather than delay it any further. Following are the things that didn't make it into 1.18.

Accessibility:

• Improve contrast of default theme #1393

Bug fixes:

• Currency converter is confused by number suffixes (multipliers) #1399
• Handle "top layer" content #1464
• Add informative prompt about "Never remember history" setting when database storage is unavailable #1507

Architecture:

• Try switching Firefox, Thunderbird, and Safari to MV3
