Added a commit with --no-cache argument to docker build so that it pulls the latest version of the repos during install_github instead of using cached versions. This does not force a re-download of the multi-gigabyte Rocker image which is convenient. |

Thanks! This definitely seems like an improvement. In the ideal world we'd trigger updates to the packages only when they change but I didn't see an easy when to do that (in my minimal googling). |
