Request for PGP field in account setup

Want to log this request for anyone that may want to take it on, i know that dev resources are limited at the moment.
For payment methods that allow p2p/email communications, provide a field for users to enter their PGP key for private comms. Thx,

This should be optional of course, and nobody should be forced to use it/cause disputes if cant or dont know how to use.
