Bisq version: 1.1.7
While using Bisq for the first time and trying to create a ‘new offer to sell BTC for EUR’ I got a timeout error message that seems to have rounded down my available BTC balance to three decimal places.
I’m therefore assuming a fee has been charged although I have no trade IDs in the ‘portfolio’ tab to show.
The value in question (equivalent to roughly 0,90 EUR in BTC) is visible in the ‘funds’ tab as sent to a particular address on Oct 12, although with an unconfirmed status (the info on the ‘confirmations’ column says ‘seen by 0 peer(s) / 0 confirmations’).
Exactly what information do I need to share publicly (or ideally by PM) in order to make a reimbursement request?
