Can not accept o create new offers

Trying to accept an offer I get an error: An error occurred at task: CreateMakerFeeTx
Now I can not create new offers nor accept existing offers as I get the same error again and again.

In the log (attached) I can see the following relevant lines:

There are some entries in the log about insufficient funds, but I do have enough funds.

From the log, I can see no clear explanation of the problem, only:

• There are lots of network connection errors reported.
• It looks like there may be a problem with your wallet state.

My advice would be to

• make a backup https://bisq.wiki/Backing_up_application_data
• transfer your funds to an external wallet. (If you have BSQ, this may be a little difficult).
• restart with a new clean wallet in Bisq

Support agents on Keybase may have better solutions, it might be worth talking to them.

After reading about some similar problems I tried to Resync SPV chain.
It worked an everything is ok now.
