DAO vote results not shown in UI (intermittent error)

While testing #6405 DAO vote results frequently show zero votes & zero issuance, although proposals and voting did take place. With three clients running, two will show valid results while another will show no results. However the logs from all three show that the proposals have been successfully processed. Upon restarting the affected client, it does show the correct data.

This seems similar to an old issue reported as fixed: #3487

To reproduce: in regtest, go through 2 DAO cycles with a compensation request in each. Observe the missing results in one client.
