I clicked "Report issue on Github" TWICE and nothing happened. I finally clicked "Close". Apparently, the action the "Report" button produces required another modal dialog to ask about opening a URL on the clear net (Great Idea!). Shouldn't the click of "Report issue on Github" cause the next warning ("open URL or copy it to clipboard") to pop up instead of waiting for the user to click "close"?
Here's my debugging theory:
The "report on github" button registers a requirement that the "open URL or copy it to clipboard" message be presented, but then it errors out (non-fatally) instead of closing its own modal dialog.
