My bisq client didn't work last cycle so I couldn't publish the request, doing it now instead.

Please, next time, when a compensation request is not submitted open a new issue for that current cycle and also adjust rates while commenting that it failed to submit on the past cycle.
That way it's more organized, bot will work, it will be easier for DAO voting and the rates would be more adjusted to the current price.
