Specify the total amount of BSQ you are requesting, along with the USD total and BSQ/USD rate (don't include the brackets!):

Not sure I understand, @leo816, why the Notes above mention different cycles. Can you clarify?

Hi @leo816 thanks for the report.

I think support is working really well at the moment. Communication is good and most issues are quickly resolved.

The weekly support calls have been really beneficial, as have the inclusion of @jmacxx in the support team to help with all the much needed dev support.

All of the recent developments have been coordinated and lead by yourself.

I am not sure at what point the Support Team Lead role is eligible for compensation, but from my perspective I think it should be. There are still lots of things that can be done to improve support and I am sure they will be achieved quicker and more effectively if you are coordinating / leading the support team.
