Blog topic: why users use Bisq #250

This is more of a theme than a topic that anyone can write about can write about. We can have multiple people write about it too, perhaps covering how they found out about Bisq and why they use it.

Anonymous contributions are welcome (anonymous contributions are accepted in general, too, but I figured it especially important to mention it here).

This may get interesting with the release of the API, as more varied use cases for Bisq emerge.

Although blog posts are elements of the website, with the new growth infrastructure, it makes more sense to manage blog post ideas on the growth kanban board so it's easier to relate them to current priorities.

Of course, blog posts will continue to be submitted as PRs and reviewed here as usual.
