Apply Tags to imagesets with label types automatically

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Searching for imagesets with fully labeled annotation types (e.g. every image has an ball annotation) is not possible.
Only filtering for tags in possible, but these have to be added manually.

Automatically add tags to imagesets with fully labeled annotation types.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Implement a method to search for these sets.
