Uninstall instructions for k8s are incomplete #14

If you follow the uninstall instructions for either of the k8s installs, it leave some things behind:

bbkr/auth-service - image
several disconnected volumes

The uninstall should be a complete clear out. We can leave behind non BBK images like redis, postgres, etc.
