Line and column information not provided to plugins

This is a good tool for formatting error messages about code mistakes: https://www.npmjs.com/package/babel-code-frame . I've used it successfully within steal.

I ran into this bug bit-docs/bit-docs-tag-package#6 and wanted to use the above package to improve the error messaging. I could not because the line/column information about where a tag was found is not available (nor is the source of the file).
