Pea and Ham Soup

Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 0.5kg pork/ham
• 1 onion
• 1 cup frozen veg
• 250g green split peas
• 1 litre water (try 0.8 next time)

Method

1. Fry onion, veg, garlic and oil
2. put all in pressure cooker
3. cook 2hr
