A fines de mantener el proyecto de compliance con el mismo comportamiento que cryptocambios (https://github.com/bitex-la/cryptocambios/pull/1371) tenemos que cambiar la configuracion de webdrivers para que siempre intente descargar la versión más reciente en vez de una hardcodeada.
