Request to create a module for the Furman power sequencer CN-2400

The Furman CN-2400 features a serial port that can accept commands (SmartSequencing) to control it as well as any other attached controller(s). Attached is the manual detailing the protocol and command structure. I'm currently using the generic tsp and tcp-udp modules to remotely control this sequencer and it's attached sequencers.
