Im on the eqMac app and i have it opened as of right now, and at the bottom of the tab i can see that the equalizer is connected or inputted into my mac speaker instead of my microphone and i tried to switch it to my microphone but it wont work, im clicking it repeatedly and it just wont allow me to switch to anything else, i allowed the app to get access to my mic but it still wont work.

Why would you want the output to go through a microphone could you explain please?
