How to turn off Launch at login

When I right click on icon cannot uncheck the open at login. Don't want this app opening at login. I have the latest version of eqmac in Monterey.

Hi, please open the app and go to the top right corner where you can find the settings icon, then uncheck "Launch on login" and that is it.
