It doesn't really need installation beyond dependencies. What are you suggesting exactly?

I think he's asking for an egg package, which would then allow you to install with:
easy_install bitmessage.egg
Instead of having to deal with git. It would also automatically deal with dependencies, for example installing qt if needed.
