Less restrictive license

This is a great project but the license is rather restrictive. For example In the license section 4 states:

You are explicitly not allowed to redistribute the Software or Modifications as part of any product that can be described as a development toolkit or library or is intended for use by software developers or application developers and not end-users.

This essentially means all Forks are invalid as it is redistributing the software and your modifications through GitHub.

I know you haven't updated this repo for a while but I would love to see this become fully open source with a better license (CC, MIT, Apache, etc.) to facilitate further development of the library
