The collections filter/view displays some nested collections incorrectly when viewed through the Organizations page. #5324

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Log into your Bitwarden account via the Web Vault (https://vault.bitwarden.com/#/).
  2. Create a 4-level collection tree.
  3. Click on (Organizations) at the top.
  4. Click on the (Collections) filter in the left pane/menu.

Expected Result

To see only the top-level (parent) collections.

Actual Result

The large menu on the right displays some parent collections and some nested collections with a (/) in their name.

Additional Context

When viewing this through the (Vaults) menu at the top, the collections and nested collections are displayed correctly.

Issue Tracking Info

  • I understand that work is tracked outside of Github. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

I can confirm that the same problem exists on self-hosted instances.
