The Duo browser tab is not closed automatically after a successful authentication, and the (Close) button does nothing.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log into a Bitwarden account that is associated with an organization that has Organizational Duo configured.
2. After entering your email address and master password, click on (Launch Duo).
3. Authenticate via Duo.

Expected Result

For the new browser tab to close automatically, and for the (Close) button to close the browser tab.

Actual Result

The new browser tab does not close automatically, and the (Close) button does nothing.

Additional Context

When logging into the same account via the Chrome extension, instead of the Web App, the new Duo tab states "You may close this window" and does not show a (Close) button.
