2024.3.2 not starting anymore on Windows 10 Enterprise

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Windows/start'
2. Click on 'Bitwarden'

Expected Result

Bitwarden login window appearing so that the main password can be entered.

Actual Result

Bitwarden icon appears in the activity field, but the password prompt does not pop up as usual or when I press the icon. It worked last Friday.
