Bitwarden is suffering from this exact issue as VScode: microsoft/vscode#132455

It is fixed a few hours ago in VScode by bumping the Electron version to at least 13.4.0 (See release notes: https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/tag/v13.4.0)

Thanks for the report @Tantawi , We have a card fairly high on our backlog to update to E14 which should resolve this issue. Microsoft will also be forcing our hand with Windows Store requirements on Chromium updates so this will happen more frequently (updates) going forward as well. I'm not sure how soon we'll be able to get the E14 update out, every electron update comes with a barrel of fun in regression testing for our QA team across platforms and our build pipeline.

This should be fixed in the next release since we've upgraded Electron to v14. bitwarden/desktop#1088
