I'm seeing the same issue, definitely looks like a database migration issue. It works fine on 2023.12.0 but not 2024.1.1 Looks like we are going to need to do some manual maintenance on the db to fix (or start with clean install)

I used the fix mentioned in #3651 by @holow29.

1. upgraded docker(bitwarden/self-host) image to 2024.1.2 (which gave me bitwarden v2024.1.1, at least that is what it showed on the login page)
2. stopped the bitwarden container, but left mariadb running.
3. opened a console for the mariadb container
4. connected to the database mysql -u bitwarden -D bitwarden_vault -p (get your password from your docker-compose.yaml)
5. show create table `Grant`; to verify the table wasn't right
6. ALTER TABLE `Grant` DROP COLUMN `Id`;
7. ALTER TABLE `Grant` ADD PRIMARY KEY `PK_Grant` (`Key`);
8. restarted bitwarden container (and waited for the admin stuff to run, you'll see it in the admin.log file)
