For headings that end with punctuation, it would be ideal to add the "in Bed" before the punctuation.

Example:
Why use Drupal?

becomes
Why use Drupal? in Bed

This seems not launch critical.

This is done though the regex could use a bit of work. It made ..?" into ..? in Bed"
