I wonder if it's possibile to set grid color in next release of Tiled. For example with black backgrounds black grid could be invisible

Also let's think about whether color in tilesetdock and main editing area should be the same or different.

It this feature ready for 0.8.1 ?

It is not part of version 0.8.1.

This only changes the grid color on the map, not on the tilesetview. We need to discuss if that is enought, or if the tilesetview also needs coloring. (the same color? a different color?)

Also if I remember correctly, @bjorn mentioned he'd rather like to have it in the preferences screen than in the menu.
(I might move that option tonight.)

Ok thanks, I've just download 0.8.1 and first place for this preference was preference menu

I wonder if a PushButton would suffice in the Preferences window below General->Interface ?
Which GUI element is best for choosing a color?
