TControl -> setHelpOnLine parametro $strHelpFile não funciona corretamente quando informado o endereço de um arquivo local ou url completa (https://www.google.com.br/).

Exemplo de funciona corretamente TForm->addBoxField no arquivo (exe_campo_ajuda.php APPEV1.0)

Alterar o
TControl > getHelpOnLine

Retirar o fwOpenHelpFile e alterar para FormDin4.js > fwModalBox e/ou FormDin4.js > fwFaceBox
