Implement lawn query

We should implement a way to acquire data about an operation from the command line, either generally, such as for determining the path to the socket, or for use from an if block to query more generally the environment and parameters being processed. Right now, it's possible to query specific environment variables, but not environment variables more generally, or, in general, various other attributes that users might want to inquire about.
