Broken cyrillic processing [Bug]

Describe the bug
Sent emails using cyrillic characters have decoding problems. Bug accures only with outgoing emails, incoming emails have no such issue.

Expected behavior
Cyrillic characters appear completely broken and unreadable.

I believe this is only happening only on Store version. I was not able to reproduce this issue on my end with the debug mode.

In Store version I was able to reproduce once somehow, but not again.

Which mail provider do you use to send messages? Gmail, Outlook or IMAP?
