rewheel

Recreate Wheels from already installed ones.

Usage:

rewheel path/to/a/RECORD

Rewheel will read the given RECORD file and save a recreated Wheel in current directory. On success, Rewheel will print path to the result Wheel, on failure it will print the failure cause.
