Fresh install, tried pinboard-check help and got an error about a missing config file. In the end, strace revealed that I could just touch pinboard-checker.yml to get past the hurdle, but making the config file a requirement seems overkill :)

Thank you for reporting this issue. You're right, that's certainly not intended, I guess I always had a pinboard-checker.yml file lying around so I didn't notice this behaviour. Will fix soon.
