"An Error occurred loading this page..." when try to launch custom FROG app.

I've downdloaded Blackbaud-CRM-SKY-master solution and was able to deploy with grunt buildcustom to the instructed folder (browser/htmlforms/custom/frogger) . However I'm still struggle to load custom FROGGER index.html with error "An error occurred loading this page..." for this link:

source from chrome devTool looks like it stop here:

( ng_app="FROG" showed on run-time shouldn't ng_app="FROGGER" )

where BB SKY FROG load just fine with portfolia section

Thank YOU for your quick responses Darryl, per your advise I posted my question on BB Community yesterday. Wasn't sure what you meant by "Please ensure any troubleshooting information you post is accessible to the general public" Should I zip "frogger" app folder and uploaded to my post or you also want me to also zip bin/custom/ files (65 or so total count dll + xml + others dependencies files) from vs build of 3 solutions for this ) for this app as well? I also have posted similar question 25 days ago on an existing unanswered post of Kayes Kaykobad dated May 2020/Dec 2020 and said could be just his chrome browser issue. In my case, all browsers (chrome, M.Edge, Firefox..) response the same error page but didn't get any response.
