10.3 ActionBar - Missing Action Item

Hey,

i just noticed, the actionbar with 10.3 styling shows only 3 actions + overflowmenu(3 dots), where 10.2 styling can show 4 actions + overflowmenu (3 dots).

That is by design. Three available action slots and then a slot on each side for a tab/action overflow menu
