Add Log interface for reports

Summary

Current state of WriteHat allows for a gitlog of a per section, per entity (e.g., Markdown) history of changes made. This is only viewable once you are inside the entity and editing the specific area.

Request

Add a tab/modal that would have a list of all changes of a report, across all entities. This would allow an Author / Manager to review all changes to a report overall, rather than per entity.
