Stuck on Setup #35

I've configured the Plugin with my info and used the August App on my phone to get a verification code which I've used to populate the Security Token field. I've set the Email, phone, password, and other fields with the appropriate info.

Upon Homebridge restart I get:
[2/2/2021, 5:02:39 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] Requesting 2FA code. Enter the received code into the configuration and restart homebridge.
Then a bit later I get:
[2/2/2021, 5:11:38 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] Could not communicate with August API: POST failed with: 403

I never get an email with the 2FA Code.

I've tried using the Verification Code in the 2FA field which yields the following on restart:
[2/2/2021, 5:01:49 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] Could not communicate with August API: GET failed with: 401

Any help would be appreciated!

Set up phone or email, not both.

I removed the phone number. Used my phone to get a new Security Token, left the 2FA Code blank, restarted and still get the same errors. I did not receive an email with a new 2FA Code.
August Settings
Here's what I get after restarting:
[2/3/2021, 10:04:18 AM] [AugustLocks] [August] Requesting 2FA code. Enter the received code into the configuration and restart homebridge.
[2/3/2021, 10:04:48 AM] [AugustLocks] [August] Could not communicate with August API: POST failed with: 403

If I leave both the 2FA Code and Security Fields open I get this on restart:
[2/3/2021, 9:57:52 AM] Homebridge is running on port 51704.
[2/3/2021, 9:57:52 AM] [Garage-door ] myQ API: Successfully connected to the myQ API.
[2/3/2021, 9:57:53 AM] [AugustLocks] [August] Could not communicate with August API: GET failed with: 401

Solved my own problem.

  1. Removed my email and used phone # instead (w/ +1 before the area code)
  2. Removed the Security Token
  3. Left the 2FA field open
  4. Saved and restarted.
  5. Started a login to the account.august.com website and received a 2FA code text.
  6. used that code in the 2FA field for the Homebridge August settings
  7. Restarted and the log now shows the following:

[2/3/2021, 1:41:13 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] getting locks ...
[2/3/2021, 1:41:15 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] [name] Front Door
[2/3/2021, 1:41:15 PM] [AugustLocks] [August] LockId F******************************************************
[2/3/2021, 1:41:18 PM] [AugustLocks] [August Front Door] Adding lock to homebridge
