None of the maintainers have that camera, so we're not sure. Your guess is as good as ours. Dahua's cameras do tend to have good onvif support, though. So I'd say that the ability to use PTZ controls with Frigate is likely. |

I did that but camera does not seem to move or autotrack.

We'll need logs and your config file to be able to help further. |

There's lots of unneeded debug information in your log, but there's nothing to indicate that there's a problem with Frigate up to the point where the log ended. The log didn't actually show Frigate attempting to run autotracking, so there may be a configuration problem. A better logger setting would be:

I don't see anything initially wrong with your config or your debug log. When you watch the debug view in frigate for your PTZ camera, do you see a |

Your Pi5 doesn't natively have an M.2 slot, so unless you buy an M.2 hat, you should look for a USB Coral. |

I can get that M.2 hat assuming PCIe is faster than USB. Would the PCIe version of coral be compatible with frigate running on PI5 or hassle to setup. If not PI 5 what kind of systems are better suited to autotracking with zoom. |

There'd be little difference for an M.2 vs USB3 Coral, unless you have a very busy scene with a large number of objects you're tracking. I developed autotracking with an old Dell running an i5 cpu. You just need anything with more CPU power than a Pi5 to use relative zooming. |

SD3C405DB has same dahua firmware (DH_SD-Gauss_MultiLang_PN_Stream3-xiaobei_V3.200.0000006.0.R.2312210) as the supported SD22404DB-GNY camera. ONVIF conformant database at https://www.onvif.org/conformant-products/ show SD22404DB but search does not show SD3C405DB. Qs is whether SD3C405DB will work as dahua website show onvif (g s t) compatibility similar to SD22404DB.
